Abstract Submission

Please ensure you have first registered for the conference through Eventbrite: Register

Limit one abstract/presentation per attendee (i.e., you may present one poster OR one oral presentation). Please do not make multiple abstract submissions.

Poster Presentations: Poster presenters are required to print and bring their own poster.

Oral Presentations: Oral presentations will be 10 minutes each, with additional time allocated for questions from judges and audience members. Oral presenters will be contacted through email about slide submissions closer to date.

Presenters will be informed about their scheduled day and time slot closer to date.

First round of abstracts are due February 7th. Confirmations for this round will be sent out February 14th.
